KMSG-91 series hose crimpers are our new prouducts. Facing the problem that it¡¯s unconvenient to add the lubricating oil on the annular machine, our techinicians add the self ¨Cfilling oil cup, in which can fill oil automatically. Considering the phenomenon that the hose crimpers are always use for crimping the non-strandard bend., we add the large opening and passing ability. Moreover, we know that if the zinc on the working surface lose , the working surface and cylinder will be damaged. However, our machine can aviod this problem. There are tow reasons.(1) we add the oil groove on the die base.(2) we add the base-protective resin gasket between the die bases. The new bracket for machine competely change the drawback that we must connect the machine and bracket by weld.
